Bill Lovell is a seasoned federal healthcare executive and general manager, boasting an impressive 35+ years of experience in the health sector. With a distinguished 23-year military career in the Army, Mr. Lovell began as a laboratory scientist, later assuming various leadership roles within clinical, research, and reference laboratories. Transitioning to financial management and control in Military Treatment Facilities, he culminated his military service as the Health Sector Lead on the Business Management Modernization Program. Post-government service in 2005, Mr. Lovell has held General Manager positions in prominent Health Information Technology (HIT) business groups, including Teletracking Government Services, Perspecta, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Northrop Grumman Information Technologies, General Dynamics Information Technologies, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. His diverse expertise in clinical and business realms makes him a valuable asset to Autobahn4Solutions' customers. Mr. Lovell holds multiple advanced degrees, is a licensed CPA, a registered Medical Technologist, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Tina Lovell is a highly accomplished laboratory manager with over 30 years of diverse experience in various laboratory settings. Her career commenced with a 12-year tenure in the Army Medical Department, where she held significant management roles at Fort Leavenworth, Fort Sam Houston, Tagu, and Mannheim. Transitioning to Department of the Army Civilian roles, Mrs. Lovell served for an additional 14 years, reaching the position of Biosurety Officer for the Department of Defense's largest Biosurety program. After retiring from civil service, she continued her impact as a consultant in laboratory subject matter expert positions, contributing to organizations such as the National Institutes of Health and Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Mrs. Lovell, a Registered Biosafety Professional (RBP), Specialist in Laboratory Safety (SLS), and registered Cytotechnologist (CT), holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Regents University of New York and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University.
